My process is one that is truly collaborative. My goal as a designer is not to pat myself on the back for a nice portfolio piece, but to help the client come up with something that is exactly as they were envisioning. 

A logo project takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks.  Full branding projects typically take anywhere from 2 to 4 months.  All times time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, client response times, and my current booking schedule.

Steps to Branding Awesomeness...

1. Consult

Whether it is by phone or in person, the first step is a meeting to discuss your needs and to see if we are a right fit for eachother.

2. Book

If you decide to move forward, I will send a formal estimate and contract for you to approve and sign and I will take a 50% deposit (Paypal or check). For bigger branding projects, I will send a questionnaire which you will fill out.  This will help me to get inside your head to see what your vision is, so we can create your perfect brand.

3. Create

Now comes the fun part.  I'll start creating your new logo, which is the foundation of your brand.  In 2-3 weeks, you will receive 6-8 unique logo concepts to choose from.  We will narrow them down from there until you are thrilled with the final logo.

4. Enhance

Once the final logo is approved, I will then come up with sub logos and secondary marks to go along with your main logo.  A color palette, custom patterns, social media icons, font selections and a brand board will also be created and finalized. Now we take your newly designed brand and continue it throughout your print material design. We will come up with sweet new business cards, letterhead, notecards, envelopes, stamps, etc. highlighting your branding.

5. Deliver

Your final files will be prepared and uploaded to a Dropbox folder where you can download them. I can help you manage the printing process for materials to be printed.

6.  Webify

You will complete a website questionnaire to help get your new site organized. You will submit all of your content for each page in its final form (edits made to copy after submission will be billed at an hourly rate). All site photography and content is due prior to website mockup completion.  You will be delivered a test site link for review. The completed site will be reviewed and approved by you.

7. Launch & Learn

Once your site is complete and final approval is made, we will launch your new site! We will also hold a tutorial to show you how to make updates to your site from the back end.

8. Bask in the Glory

Sit back, have a glass of wine and accept all the compliments that will come in on your new awesome brand!
