Joan Moss, a registered nurse with a kind and compassionate heart, came to me wanting to brand her new patient advocacy business. After seeing her father through sickness and acting as his Advocate, she knew she wanted to use her experience in the healthcare world for this purpose. We wanted the look to be clear and calming for people navigating her materials and website, as the healthcare system in general is confusing and frustrating. We used a watercolor-inspired lighthouse as the main image, as it represents a light in the dark, and she also loved the lighthouses and blue water of her home in Michigan.
